Hi Chris,
From what I can remember regarding this aircraft, my research suggested that the Werk Nummer must be wrong, I couldn't find a related Junkers aircraft anywhere near it by a long chalk i'm afraid.

I just spent sometime looking at the list mostly at those that were killed during the war and nothing came up.
Maybe he survive.
