Pure fantasy I believe. I've seen similar WWI fantasy pieces on websites with skulls in place of the swastika also by "Wolfschanze". No such maker

Definitely a fantasy / fake badge. A couple of years ago I saw one just like it on Ebay ,also it had the word "Wolfschanze" on the reverse.
