Can someone tell me if this item is original? I picked it up last year at a street market in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Looks like a cast repro to me , certainly should not have SS markings on the screw back ! infact I don't believe these badges were ever originally made with this screw back set up, Regards ,Paul

Why should there be an RZM- and SS indication. Such badge was not for a political organization.

No good. As a general rule: Any award/badge with one of those screwback discs bearing the SS/RZM markings is fake.

Screw backed , RZM and SS in a circle marked , Deutschen Jägerschaft Badge ? Need I say more .
