Help with a Flottenkriegsabzeichen badge…thank you

Hello all! Hoping to see if someone could just confirm authenticity of this badge as I am curious. Other badges I’ve seen for reference have the Swas gold washed as well and this specimen is missing that along with one of the Eagles legs lol but better safe than sorry and I appreciate the honest answers! I suggest you try to figure out why your photos are posted sideways.
You will be more likely to have answers to your questions if members do not have to twist their necks to view your photos.

This is not an original Schwerin.
The reverse hardware and the maker mark are incorrect.
