Krimschild : Your opinions needed

Dear all,

Can I have your opinions on that crimea shield, please ?
I found it in a yard sale in Northern France in the early 90's and I really do not know what to think about it. I like it but the eagle's head makes me a bit suspicious...
I must humbly confess that this is not my collection theme...
