It really is not helpful that most of the pictures are in the wrong orientation but that said I don't like this one.
The eagles head looks weird and the swastika wreath seems to be raised too high but the swastika itself is even higher.
Is that cloth colour accurate as it appears here? It seems a little too green to me but that could be down to PC colour rendition.
You say it is not magnetic but can you tell what the metal is? Some of these were made of zinc.
What about the back plate, is it magnetic?
I am not expert on these but as I say I don't like it. Wait to see what others say as these can be expensive.
Is it for sale? If so what is the price? That can sometimes be an indicator.

the front plate is probably brass
the back plate looks like oxidized zinc to me
