Not sure about the document as the soldier is from II Geb Regt 218 and yet the document is signed by an officer from III Geb Regt 218 ??? Not sure why that would be ?

Hi one more thing while researching I actually found one shield similar to this, a pic on certificate of authencity by D. Niemann. Therer were some minor differences but practically the same
