Hello collector friends, I need opinions about this medal, I have a bad feeling about the medal, as far as the unclean depressions are concerned, To see on the side arms, if I'm wrong, I would be happy

Is it a full size medal with a miniature ribbon? It looks fake to me due to the poor detailing of the stippling and what appears to be a casting mark on the lower part of the reverse. I got caught out with one that was in a much better condition which you can read here.
