It looks ok apart from the missing eagle's wing. The pin is typical for Osang on this badge but it looks like the hinge has been re-attached. The rivet looks like it's been hammered or filed and the finishing around the edges looks a bit weird. There are better examples out there and even if the price is good, better to spend a bit more on a better example with no issues. You'll always look at it as a broken badge and want a better one so might as well get a better one to start with.
Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....
