Gentlemen,
I was recently out of town and picked this badge up. There are no markings and I have some concerns with the attachments for the eagle and the eagles orientation. I can return it as it is guaranteed by the seller. I would appreciate your opinions.

Franko is correct, it is a post war Souval production.

You can tell that and it is actually very easy to recognize because of that hook. Whenever you see some Third Reich award with that type of hook/catch which is cut and bent up from the base you can be absolutely sure that it is Rudolf Souval postwar item.
