Medaille "Winterschlacht im Osten 1941/42"

I picked up this Ostmedaille and wanted your opinion on it.

I have gone true the wonderful Ostmedaille database to compare mine with the OM93 one and i am still a bit in doubt.

The maker would be Richard Simm & Sohne (93) and seems to be a Quite Rare medaille. That is why i would like a "second opinion".
