the green ribbon medal is not an official medal ..
its a souvenir medal from "grenzlandtreffen in annaberg" , annaberg is a small town in germany , closed to the 3country triangle of germany ,poland , czechoslovakia...many germans lived beyond there.
i think its an orig.
