Hi Peter, it is a fake. And an easy one to spot: Osang never even made this badge!
Makers were:
SECOND PATTERN BADGES IN ZINC.
Schwerin Berlin (Solid flag and swastika)
Schwerin Berlin (Cutout flag and swastika)
Rudolf Souval
AS pattern 1 (flat back)
AS pattern 2 (scooped back)
L/18 (BH Meyer)

German S Boot = Fast Boat. While the British designation was for "Enemy Boat" I think.
