I need your advice on this badge, it's real or not? manufacturer is dresden onsang, material is probably zinc .....
I know Ohnsang badge air force and armored force, but the Navy??

Hi Peter, it is a fake. And an easy one to spot: Osang never even made this badge!

Makers were:

SECOND PATTERN BADGES IN ZINC.

Schwerin Berlin (Solid flag and swastika)
Schwerin Berlin (Cutout flag and swastika)
Rudolf Souval
AS pattern 1 (flat back)
AS pattern 2 (scooped back)
L/18 (BH Meyer)

S - Boot was the German name, E- Boat was what the Brits called it, why E i dont know

German S Boot = Fast Boat. While the British designation was for "Enemy Boat" I think.
