Quick help with Ostmedaille

Just received a couple of pics of an Ostmedaille was wondering if anyone sees any problems or concerns all comments welcome!

The small ribbon ring could indicate that it was taken off of a medal bar.
Unfortunately Geoff, the out of focus photos don't help me identify the maker, sorry.
Maybe someone else will recognize it.

The price was right so I bought it he said his grandfather had some more stuff .. hopefully better here are a couple of quick shots for discussion

For me, identifying the maker is like finding a needle in a haystack.

Great Site! Thanks, I will try and find the maker for fun Just mainly concerned about authenticity from what I understand there are many versions of Repros I'm not hurt price wise so if it is a repro I would be happy to add some better photos for the cause.
