Looks like a bronze from the photos but looks like a fine original to me. I have quite a few Mutterkreuz where the swastika touches the edge to the inner circle. The lettering looks fine to me.
There were many different manufacturers of these awards and all have minor differences.

Agreed, from the front face it looks like a bronze Mutterkreuz, but a nice original.
I also agree, it appears more of a bronze than gold.

That's better. Seems to have quite a few pin holes from air bubbles on the white enamel but I have no issues with this.
Yes, you will see minor differences in the inscription on the reverse. Some are higher, some lower. You will note there are differences between the number 16 as well on the above examples.
