In my opinion, it's a fake. It looks like a redo. I've never seen these pieces without a manufacturer's mark, and the pin looks very atypical too. The mark on the pin doesn't say "LDO" (which isn't possible for awards from the NSDAP and its divisions), but a four-digit code that I can't decipher. The first letter is an L, that's obvious. I don't really like the workmanship and bronzing either.

I have to agree with this.
It is an L/ mark, but this should not be there.

Also the needle is wrong. Original badges were maker marked on the back of the swas.
