Tough to get opinions on these awards. I myself am not that well versed on them either but I do own two.

This slightly resembles a Steinhauer und Lück sold by emedals based only on the eagle. But can not be sure. The reverse hardware however does not match up and it also does not have swords (see link below) I also have doubts about the eMedals example being an original S&L

Previttera in his reference book " Combat Badges of the Third Reich", lists 10 makers (plus unmarked examples). Unfortunately he does not show examples of all of them. And the one he shows does not match yours.

My concerns with what I see on the one you posted are

1) Crude sword handle
2) Non cut out swaz (typically always cut out on examples I've seen with swords although I have read that Petz examples don't have cut out swaz's but this otherwise does not resemble at Petz & Lorenz)
3) Rear catch, hinge and pin
4) Fat eagle

I haven't seen all makers examples so maybe one of these makers is a match for yours. I just have never seen one.
