Hello again.
First of all, I am not an expert on this award.
The ribbon is good and the Spanish pin, of course (both due to wear and patina)
I don't like the back of the medal too much, especially because of the coarse image of the domes of the Novgorod cathedral....). But although it is different from mine and others I have seen (holes in the feathers and claws, length of fletching arrows....), overall I would not ensure that it is authentic.

There are so many variations of this medal as they were produced well into the 1980's for veterans. Most of the later versions have less cutouts and details as a cost saving measure. I have an excellent reference book that I will look at later to see if I can give you further information. Here are mine for reference. The one on the left with other medals is an original wartime version, the middle one is a late war to post war version, and the one on the right is a modern replacement I believe. But there is a lot more variations that what I'm showing

According to the reference book it appears to be a replacement model manufactured by the firm of Sáez. In the 1980's the army turned in all existing stock of the medals and remitted them to the quartermaster who in turn disposed of them into the sea in 1985. Apparently there was still a demand by veterans and firms like Sáez began manufacturing them from the original Díez y Compañía molds. They began making them with decent enamel in the cross like yours shown and cut outs in the feathers only. Eventually they had to cut costs by painting the cross and eliminating all cutouts. Yours appears to be like the first production of these replacement medals.
