This is the first time I've seen that one before. I'll be staying tuned to this thread.
Thank for showing it.

It's a WWII Spanish Volunteer Blue Division Russia Campaign award. I picked one up years ago. Not sure what they go for now (edit: a dealer website has one listed for $75.00)
Some manufactured by the Germans and some by the Spanish (if I remember correctly which is not a given)
OK...partially right on the manufacturer data. See this link from WAF
The "Blue Division"
"Please", Thank You" and proper manners appreciated
My greatest fear is that one day I will die and my wife will sell my guns for what I told her I paid for them

That would be a German manufactured version in zinc with no gold plating left and possibly a replacement ribbon. $75 is about right in that condition. I picked up one in excellent condition with almost all of its gold intact for about twice that price. Here are mine for comparison. The one on the right is the Spanish issued replacement version. You can tell by the ball loop and stylized eagle and helmet. Check out my thread for reference . Al

The ribbon is good just possibly replaced from original wartime stock like mine in the middle picture. Most of those medals lost their original ribbons unless they were fastened like my other example here.
But like you said, maybe its the picture that makes it look new.
