Hello All!

After a good year of collecting in 2023, and fantastic help from members of this forum, I am looking to add my first item of 2024. However, I would like some opinions on this medal before potentially purchasing. It is in nice condition with a nice box as well. Additionally, what are common features of fakes/reproductions of this medal and other in the series (40 year & 50 year)? Any and all help is greatly appreciated, as always!

Thank you Adrian and paulscoot! What are some common indicators of fakes on this medal?

Lack of quality in the details, uneveness on the edges, soft details, poorly enameled swastika, thin suspension ring, modern ribbon.
There are several different things to note and repros wouldn't have the frosting like this.
Although a low end and common award, they are still reproduced but the quality is lacking.
