I would pass on this one.
The reverse cut outs are incorrect, the maker's mark is incorrect, and there is a lack of detail around the conning tower and the rudder/propeller area.
Wait for other opinions though.

With the detail visible in the new photos, I do believe this has a good chance of being original.

I would pass on this one as well.
At the very best this is a worn badge that looks as though it has been painted with some airfix paint.
However it does look very similar to this fake that has similar very weak details:

The details that Were published in torpedo los are:
Width: 48.6 mm
Height: 39.2 mm
Thickness (max): 3.5mm
Wingspan of national emblem: 33 mm
Weight: 18 gr.

Weight is not much of a concern but any smaller sizes in width and height could possibly indicate a cast piece

I do see some casting flaws in your badge and a lack of details in some of the laurel leaves
