1939 Bar to the Iron Cross 2nd class.
Given to men who had won the Iron Cross 2nd class in WW1 (Hence the ribbon) and whom were awarded the medal again in WW2.

Nice spange. I have one that is on my Artillerie Majors tunic along with the ribbon for the Frozen Meat Medal (aka) the East Front medal.

It looks promising, does it appear the award and ribbon have been together a long time, the holes on the ribbon match the prongs etc?
Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....
