what's the 3rd ribbon?

The 1st ribbon is the eastern front, the 2nd is the westwall i think, but what is the 3rd please? Is it something to do with air defence? Many thanks for looking!! Jay

LondonJay, it is for a Bulgarian WW1 medal, 'Bulgarien Tapferkeits Medaille' , the Bulgarian Medal for Bravery, for a combatant hence the crossed swords. Awarded to German personel serving in Bulgaria or with Bulgarian units. The photo shows the ribbon listed under 'Bulgaria' in a period catalogue by the ribbon manufacturer A. D. L. (Albrecht Dittrich oHG, Leipzig).
