Out of interest, what exactly makes mine authentic? Are there any points in particular (i.e shape of helmet/grenade, wings or Swastika?) or is it just the overall presentation?

Sorry to ask this many questions, just wanting to learn what I can!

Nice pick up Joshua!
For me, the overall look of the medal from the wear to the finish being absorbed by the zinc over time, the overall patina. A 'one looker' as they say.

Well thanks for all the comments guys! Despite the comparatively 'low' cost of these awards, I would hate to have been stung. Comforting to have some positive opinions of it, and any more comments would be welcomed
