    Sorry for the quality.

Can someone date this small grouping of cap badge I collected while living in Germany in the 1970's & 80's. The top one is a locomotive on tracks. The second row M22? and M19? And, finally, the militia police badge, 1930's?

The early star with the plow was acquired at the Stuttgart Militaria show circa 1980.

So what is the vintage of the 11 state USSR? According to my research, circa 1940? That would be logical considering this piece was a German souvenir probably taken in 1941 or so - when Mitbringsl was the victor's perogative...as opposed to survival a couple of couple of years later.
