Do you notice it by the ribbon plate Auke?

The flat ring that is part of the medal is the easiest sign that this a postwar medal. The Stalingrad medal shown is a wartime variation with a soldered ring. Brass suspension were in use until the late 1940s, although they have been observed on medals from the 1950s and even 1960s as well, so this may be a medal from that period.
