The stamp appears to be from the "Управлении 61-й Пушечной Артиллерийской Пластунской Краснознаменной ордена Кутузова бригады" or Directorate of the 61st Cannon Artillery Plastunskaya Red Banner Order of Kutuzov Brigade.

Thank you for the post. The plastun were cossacks, according to Wikipedia, so would the 61st be a cossack Brigade possibly?

Document for the Medal Liberation of Warsaw Issued to Guards Corporal Anatoliy Sergeyevich Gul' dated November 14th, 1946 by the Commander of the 20th Guards Mechanized Zaleshetskaya Order of Lenin Red Banner Order of Suvorov Order of Kutuzov Order of Bogdan Khmelnitsky (20-й Гвардейской Механизированной Залешецкой Ордена Ленина Краснознаменной Ордена Суворова Ордена Кутузова Ордена Богдана Хмельницкого), Guards Lieutenant Kiselev. Corporal Gul' was also awarded an Order of the Red Star and an Order of the Patriotic War, 1st Class, 1985 Jubilee issue.
