I need some help with this Temporary document for the Medal Liberation of Prague. It is awarded to chauffeur Telichko Maksim Ivanovich from the 125 Red Banner Kutozov Rifle Division, the stamp is from the 223 Independant Automobile Recovery and Repair Batallion.
The document is signed by two officers, the first one is the Commander of the 223 Independant Automobile Recovery and Repair Batallion (???)-Major Kobalchyk.
The second one I can't read his rank (some sort of captain) and neither can I confirm his name.
Any help with translating both ranks and the name of the 2nd officer would be much appreciated!
Interestingly this temporary document is written on the back of some captured German paperwork!
The second signature is Captain Mazorsky (Мазорский) however I am unable to make out his title.
