Combined services badge

Hi

Can anyone tell me whether these badges were only worn by officers or could they be worn by privates as well? I have a 1980s Soviet privates jacket in very nice condition with badges. The guy I bought it off also had some Russian metal badges which were taken off the jacket but he couldn't remember exactly which ones. It has a VLKSM badge, military sports badge, level 2 running badge and excellence in the army. I also bought this badge and wander off it may also have come off this jacket? I want to get it historically accurate.

I'm pretty confident that these were officer's only. The others badges you mention sound correct for EM.

Many thanks. The jacket is actually nice and early as there is a feint stamp with a feint 7 (?) and the buttons are dated 71. It's been issued three times at least.
