Defence of Odessa medal

Please could you give me an opinion on this medal?

Looks either worn or lacks genuine detail and I can’t decide if it’s ok or not.

To me these Odessa's are also hard to judge, mainly, as you say these usually come in very worn condition which makes it difficult to see the difference between the heavy wear versus the lack of details. With this one I tend to think it's a good one though I am not 100% certain myself.

I do not feel so good about it. Note the soldered ring on top of the medal and the shape of the characters on the front of the medal.
