Short description of personal combat feat or accomplishment
While on guard in our unit, he has proven himself a disciplined and composed soldier. While on duty he comports himself in an excellent manner in accordance with garrison service regulations. He has no service demerits. He accomplishes the commanders’ orders on time. He is deserving of the Combat Service Medal.
