Article about: A rainy Sunday so I thought I would play with my collection and take some photos for my albums. Here are my Soviet medals and badges, I mainly collect wartime or pre-war but some Cold war st

    I personally would leave it as is. It was perhaps lost by the awardee during a naval battle. Maybe far-fetched but could be a possibility. It is also still the original ribbon if I see corret so even though it has a part missing it still has lots of character. Combat-worn character!

    One is ZIK 1944 Navy, the other is ZIK is post war 1957 Army

    The set is wonderful!
    But look at Moscow and Japan - seems there are wrong ribbons there...

    Update on my wartime Excellence badge collection although I think the Driver badge is possibly post war.

    My collection pales into insignificance compared to Marcel's outstanding collection of badges !!
