Needing some help identifying medal/badge

Hello there.
Just joined the forum today & spent the last 4 hours scanning threads! A great site!
Can anyone id the small badge/medal I have?
I know the medal is an Order of the Red Star but do not know if its one of the more rare ones, issue date etc.
As far as the cigarette tin goes, was this an issue item to officers & does anyone know its age?

The tiny is a commemorative badge(not official) 40 years of victory in GPW.

ORS is not a rare one, produced at the end of 1944. Could be awarded private or officer. Answers for the rest of your questions of order, I'm afraid will give only the research.

Dunno about cigarette tin, presumably post war

cigarette tin is made in the city of Polotsk (Belarus). 1982 or 1992.
