I came across this medal with document in the UK (doesn't happen often). To me it looks fine but would appreciate a second opinion.

A good second variation (U-ring)
A good one indeed.
His name is Cоловьев Mихаил Федорович Michail Fedorovich Solovev, Red Army soldier from the 152nd Rifle Division and the document is signed by Guards General-Major Baklakov. I couldn't identify the correct Michail in the online archives unfortunately.
I agree with the others. Nice find and as you say uncommon to find in UK with the document.
