Unknown medal/order case

Hello everyone
I have recently bought this red case without any markings and I would like to know what medal could have sheltered. The inside shape is that of a five pointed star and a big ring that might suggest the commander grade of an order. Any help would be extremely appreciated

It looks more like a jewellery box to me, perhaps for a rectangular pendant on a chain.

Agree, this box has nothing to do with Soviet orders/medals

Thank you very much for your answers. I knew it was not a Soviet order case but I thought it might be other socialist era order as it has more or less the shape of a star.

Someone has certainly used it to store a star shaped award, at some point, which has left a partial impression, but the case itself was never intended for it.
Ah, well... still a useful thing to store whatever you like in!
