Veteran badges

Is anyone here collecting veteran badges? I only recently started to dive a bit deeper into the world of collecting veteran pins and badges and I must say there are many very nice badges. What is furthermore very nice is that these are still relatively cheap to collect which also brings back the joy and fun of collecting again. Not everything is about big $$$ items. These are both beautiful and cheap so what more do we want?

Since I only got into these very recently I don't have many yet but because of the price many more will follow for sure

Just added this naval badge, veteran of the Red Navy destroyer Red Caucasus. This vessel is known for her involvement in a.o. the battle at Odessa and the siege of Sevastopol.

These are bound to become more collectible as time passes. I have a few veteran and commemorative badges that I picked up in trades with Soviet troops in Berlin whilst I was stationed there.

I will dig them out for a "group photo"

Another nice one added, the veteran badge Shchuka 1941 - 1945 submarine badge. The Shchuka was a medium sized submarine used on all fronts of the Great Patriotic War.
