Nice! Aside from the replaced enamel on the 9 o'clock arm of the red star it's an original one. It's probably a spring 1945 combat award. I have two close neighbors on file: #168009, awarded on 28 Apr 1945 by the 18th Air Army (Stavka Reserve, deployed near Berlin), and #168162, awarded on 17 Mar 1945 by the 40th Army (2nd Ukrainian Front).
