Free French Air Forces dog-tag

A selection of dog-tags with some being issued during WWII but the one I find most intriguing is the Free French Air Forces (Forces Aériennes Françaises Libres) , the one marked with the initials F.A.F.L., first time I am seeing one. Surely can be classified as an allied/Western item? Would such an item for under this category here? your thoughts?

may be this is this man ? There is a free french named Mechaane Khalifé, but the birth date is different, and the name seems to be a phonetic translation.

He was syrian and the grade was sergeant, engaged in 1941 in the middle east, there is no death date.
