How to determine real Flight Surgeon Wings

]As a prior service Army Medic (OIF 06-08) who served as acting flight medic a couple times, I am very interested in WWII Flight Surgeon Wings. What do I need to look for to verify they aren't replicas. There is a site: WWII Flight Surgeon Wings that is selling a set, but it seems extremely underpriced for not being a replica (even though they say they aren't). Maybe I'm wrong on the value of these. But any information on this would be greatly appreciated. I am just starting a WWII collection and this is the first piece I feel I would like to add. Thanks!
