PRC Awards/Medals

The kid and I picked up these 4, what I believe are PRC awards/medals a few months back, while snooping around an antique shop. Don’t know a thing about them and have had little luck finding out much on the net. I assume these to be post war, civilian awards, not military, but I really don’t know. Also, I’m guessing they are authentic as, from similar examples I have seen on eBay, the can be obtained pretty cheep and do not appear to be real collectable.

I do believe I have identified the first medal as a “Chinese Workers & Peasants
Red Army No. 3 Group Army Expedition Badge”, but that’s all I could come up with.

Can anyone shed some light on these as to what they are, period etc.?
