I'm not sure of the period, but none the less I have the deepest respect to the former owner, whoever He or She may be.

It looks to be in awsome condition Rene It is a shame that it is near impossible to find out why or to whom they were awarded to. If it could only talk I am shur there would be an interesting story to be told.

I have 2 PH minatures, one of them is similar to yours, except mine has a clutch back..I'd approximate yours to be a recent make, prolly anywhere from late 70's to current day..nice find

Cheers Mate, I thought it might be modernish. I am totally stoked still as I've always wanted an example (mini or full) no mater the period.
I'm happy this one has some weight (as in grams).
