Nice fine for that price. I've posted this link before. It will help you date it. Also a great site for spotting fakes. More and more US medals being faked.

I really don't know. I just collect and haven't sold anything. I try to buy quality items at a good price. There are also so many variants...example.....your PH is different than my example.....so how can it accurately be given a value. There is a difference between a retail and collector to collector price point also. This may not help much but I hope you understand.
