Article about: Hoping someone can ID these items . First is a shooting pin with D.M. on it . And second is a copper bar with military style posts ? Thank you for the help . Cheers

    The DM badge looks like it could be some sort of civilian marksmanship badge ("Distinguished Marksman" or something?). Is the maker Gaunt? Not sure what the strip is.

    I think Gaunt is a Canadian maker , Distinguished Marksman makes cents and the Bar has a military feel to it .

    The bar appears to be a slide on ribbon bar.

    I have a Canadian ribbon bar with the same kind of screw backs as your bar.

    DM stands for 'Dominion Marksmen', and the bar I believe
    is for ribbons to be sewn onto. 'J.R. Gaunt' is a maker
    in England.........
