Article about: Found this on a bar with an American purple heart ribbon. Ribbon might be flipped over (upside-down). Campaign ribbon involving something in Belgium?

    Ok, surfing around a bit more, I think it might be the WWII Navy Presidential Unit Citation. If so, don't know what the extra star signifies.

    on edit: Answering my own question, I believe this is a Navy Presidential Unit Citation with Bronze Star device.
