Very odd looking item general early European style with a hint of Russian design but with Sten guns and a very generic hand grenade motif. Never seen the like but I lean towards fantast item.

It may not be pretending to be anything. If it's a fantasy item, it would be a product of the maker's imagination. It's quite well made for what it is, maybe a biker piece of some kind?
