Very nice Athena. Its nice you have the ribbon and medal.
My Great Aunt Annie was part of this group and served in the CBI theater of operation. She was stationed in Karachi India with the USAAF during WW2. I have her uniforms.

That is also their lapel insignia on their uniforms.

Thanks for your great Aunt's service and thanks for the info! That is why I wanted to include this medal. I see many groupings of Allied medals and this one is usually not included.

Sadly this medal is often overlooked, but the accomplishments of these Women who served will never be overlooked.
