Looks good to me. Good conduct and European theater ribbon with 2 service stars.

Soldier could have rated a second or even third row of ribbons that are lost to time

I agree it's probably British made, just identifying possibilities

I have one similar that came on an 8th AAF. Same pin and backing without the drilled through holes for the campaign stars. I’d say British made.
