Mk II Grenade Assistance Needed

Thanks for taking a look. I recently bought this Mk II grenade but I have some concerns about it. The fuse is an M10A2 and appears authentic (sorry it's hard to read). The body isn't like a typical fake that's for sale everywhere. The threading fits the fuse and the fill plug is present. It is, however, stamped RFX and the top of the body where it meets the fuse is much wider than others I see. The biggest issue is that the cardboard tube that it came in is stamped AOD, which from my research I see is a reproduction. Is the grenade authentic, fake, or a repainted practice model? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
