Panzerkampfwagen IV (Pz.Kpfw. IV) HE round for review

Can anyoine help on this, am i right this is a 75mm HE head from a Panzer 4? Or the KwK 40 cannon?

1944 dated but what do the other numbers mean?

No it's not a Head.
Without accurate measurements I'd say we're looking at a 7,5cm Sprenggranate 34 (75mm HE) for the 7,5cm K.w.K 40 or the Sturmkanone 40. Or the 7,5cm Granatpatrone Kampfwagen Kanone

The Fuze is the kleine Aufschlagzünder 23 umg or small Impact Fuze 23 altered version

It is a marriage, the main body looks like a recovery from from a burnt out tank and the fuze is a fired fuze that has been added later.

As Tech says 'head' is something you hope for, that is a projectile or shell.
